A yellow alert has been issued for several districts in Maharashtra, including Mumbai, Thane, Palghar, Raigad, and Ahmednagar, indicating potential thunderstorms and localised showers.
The western disturbance is expected to impact weather conditions across the Konkan region throughout the week, causing temperatures to fall by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius. From May 10 onwards, the weather is expected to improve, with partly cloudy skies forecast through May 13.
