Mumbai: Overcast skies have taken over various regions in Mumbai, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecasted heavy rains today. Visuals from Dombivli and Mulund are coming forwards where dark clouds have taken over with light thunderstorms and rains can be seen.
IMD had predicted heavy to moderate rainfalls in city today, May 28. The India Meteorological Department has forecasted high tides and anticipated heavy rainfall for today, following light rain that has already affected several neighbourhoods.
Rainfall is expected to continue, with temperatures ranging from 23°C to 32°C this week under overcast conditions. As of 3 PM on May 28, the IMD warned of cloudy weather and possible intense rain, with current temperatures at 29°C, humidity at 76%, and winds at 16 km/h.
In Mumbai, moderate to heavy rains are predicted, with thunderstorms and gusty winds in some areas, and minimum and maximum temperatures expected around 24°C and 31°C, respectively. From May 27 to June 2, light to moderate rainfall and thunderstorms are anticipated across Konkan, Goa, and Madhya Maharashtra, with isolated heavy rain possible.
