The Powai police have registered an FIR against a resident of Adonia Society in Hiranandani Gardens, for alleged negligence in handling his dogs. Ganesh Chukkal owns three German Shepherds and a Cane Corso, which have allegedly bitten several people and pets in recent months.

According to the FIR filed by Musil Jacob, 39, a fellow resident and employee of Automotive Industries, Chukkal and his handlers often walk the dogs without muzzles despite repeated warnings from residents.
