Mumbai: With the objective of responding to public grievances in a timely and effective manner, the Konkan Housing and Area Development Board of MHADA organised its first Janata Darbar Din on Wednesday April 16th.

The public interaction was held at the MHADA Headquarters in Bandra. The session was conducted under the supervision of Revati Gaikar, Chief Officer, Konkan Board. A total of 24 complaints were placed before the board during the day. Out of these, 18 matters were addressed and resolved on the spot.

Departmental heads were asked to treat pending cases with urgency and provide applicants with updates in a time-bound manner.

The organisation of Janata Darbar Din is in accordance with the 100-Day Action Plan laid down as per the directions of Chief Minister Shri. Devendra Fadnavis and in line with the guidance of Deputy Chief Minister and Housing Minister Eknath Shinde.
