Mumbai: The BMC demolished an unauthorised bungalow constructed in the Erangal village on Madh- Marve Road on Saturday. The action was taken after the civic body won a legal battle against the owner, claims the civic official.

The civic team of P North ward had identified an unauthorised bungalow built on a 2,000 sq.ft. plot at Madh Island in the Western suburbs. Kundan Valvi, Assistant Municipal Commissioner of P North ward, said, "We had issued a notice to the property owner regarding the illegal construction two years ago.
