The Agriculture Department has already begun smooth distribution of seeds and fertilizers, and farmers are encouraged to procure inputs from agriculture service centers. They are also advised to obtain proper bills for purchases and strictly follow safety measures while using agricultural inputs.

To ensure effective quality control, the department has formed flying squads at both district and taluka levels. The district-level squad is headed by the Agriculture Development Officer, with the District Quality Control Inspector as the member secretary. Taluka-level squads are led by the Taluka Agriculture Officer, with the Panchayat Samiti Agriculture Officer as the member secretary.

Taluka-level grievance redressal committees have been established to handle complaints related to seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides. The department has also instructed all agricultural input sellers to display the grievance redressal helpline number, price board, stock board, license, and a signboard stating "Linking is not done at this agricultural service center" prominently.

The state government has directed strict action against any agricultural input sellers violating rules, and the Agriculture Department will take stringent measures against those who fail to comply with guidelines.
