Mumbai: The Western Railway has announced the superfast special trains between Bandra Terminus (BDTS) and Bhavnagar Terminus (BVC) from April 29 to April 30 on Akshay Tritiya. This announcement was made via X on Friday.
Akshay Tritiya, also known as Akhātrij, is one of the most significant festivals in the Hindu calendar, celebrated with great enthusiasm. This year, the festival falls on April 30th, and to facilitate the travel of devotees and tourists, the Western Railway has introduced this special train service, which promises faster and more convenient connectivity for those traveling to celebrate the occasion.

This special service is designed to cater to the increased travel demand during the festival, ensuring a smoother and faster journey for passengers heading to and from Bhavnagar.
The Superfast Special Train will operate on two dates:
Train No. 09013 will run from Bandra Terminus (BDTS) to Bhavnagar Terminus (BVC) on Tuesday, 29th April 2025.
Train No. 09014 will run from Bhavnagar Terminus (BVC) to Bandra Terminus (BDTS) on Wednesday, 30th April 2025.

Stoppages Of Special Trains:
The train will start its journey from Bandra Terminus and will make stops at several stations along the way, including Borivali, Palghar, Vapi, Valsad, Navsari, Surat, Vadodara Junction, Anand Junction, Ahmedabad Junction, Viramgam Junction, Surendranagar Gate, Botad Junction, Dhola Junction, Songadh, Sihor, Gujarat, and will conclude at Bhavnagar Terminus.
