A frontal headache is pain felt primarily in the forehead or frontal region of the head. It may be mild or severe and can be acute or chronic. Many times it is easy to get rid of by home remedies.
Symptoms
Pain in the forehead area
Pressure or tightness across the forehead or behind the eyes
Sensitivity to light or sound
Fatigue or mental fog
Nausea (sometimes)
Runny or blocked nose (if sinus-related)
Causes
Most common cause is over thinking or tension headache
It can get triggered by stress, anxiety, poor posture, lack of sleep
Inflammation of the sinuses due to infection or allergies
Nasal congestion
Eye Strain and prolonged screen use
Uncorrected vision problems
Dehydration — reduced fluid levels can cause frontal headache
Caffeine withdrawal
Migraines
Home remedies
Cold or warm compress
Drink water regularly it gives cooling effect
Adequate rest and sleep
Reduce screen time
Practice good posture
Tea or coffee sometimes help
Yoga and meditation
Massaging temples, forehead, and neck may ease pain
Sujok Therapy

Press with blunt object or probe stick for five to 10 minutes on the highlighted area (see figure). Then apply single moong seeds on the same area and keep for three to four hours. You can remove it if you get relief or keep a while longer.
Consult a doctor if you do not get relief by self-remedies.
