Wayanad MP and Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi has become the talk of the town with her bold and politically charged fashion choices. Over the past few weeks, she has been spotted carrying an array of tote bags that feature provocative themes and messages addressing historical and socio-political issues.

From "Palestine" and "Bangladesh" to references to the 1984 Sikh riots and the Modi-Adani alliance, her collection has become a heated discussion. Here’s a closer look at the controversial and quirky tote bags the political leader has been seen with recently:

Palestine Bag

Priyanka Gandhi's tote bag debate began with a tote bag featuring the word "Palestine" and the text "Palestine Will Be Free." Priyanka carried this bag during her visit to Parliament, and the photo was shared on social media by Congress spokesperson Shama Mohamed on December 16.

Along with the 'Palestine' message, the bag was adorned with multi-hued prints and featured designs of a watermelon, a pigeon, and nature-inspired art.

Bangladesh Bag

After grabbing eyeballs in the Palestine bag, the politician stunned in another bag the next day, December 17. This time, her bag highlighted the plight of Hindus and Christians in Bangladesh, minorities who have reportedly faced persecution in the country.

A viral photo showed her carrying two handbags, one of which showcased the message, "Bangladesh... Stand with Hindus and Christians."

1984 Bag

Days after making headlines with the 'Palestine' and 'Bangladesh' bags, Priyanka Gandhi was seen with another bold bag, but this time it was gifted by the BJP party.

In a viral video, BJP MP Aparajita Sarangi presented Priyanka Gandhi with a tote bag featuring imagery of the 1984 Sikh riots with blood splatter designs.

Modi-Adani Bag

Before showcasing her 'Palestine' bag, Priyanka Gandhi donned a bag featuring PM Modi and industrialist Gautam Adani with the words 'Modi Adani Bhai Bhai' on December 10.

Rahul Gandhi, who was amused by the bag, held it up during a discussion and stated, "This is quite cute." He first looked at the front design with the Modi-Adani picture on it, and then he turned it over to see the phrase on the back. When Rahul saw the slogan, he smiled and said, "Look how cute this is!"
