Kylie Jenner’s breast enlargement has long been a topic of discussion, and it's once again making headlines. This time, the reality star casually dropped details about her implants while responding to a fan on TikTok, setting off a storm of reactions and curiosity from women hoping to achieve a similar look. But can what worked for Kylie work for everyone? A plastic surgeon weighs in.

Kylie shares her breast implant details on TikTok
The moment began when TikTok creator Rachel Leary praised Kylie's "perfect natural-looking boob job," asking for advice on how to achieve a similar result.
In the clip, Leary gushed, "You have got what I am looking for to have done, in terms of like, a boob job. It’s like the most perfect natural-looking boob job ever… to me, it is perfection." Tagging Kylie directly, she added in the caption, "Help a girl out @Kylie Jenner i just want to know how to get them to sit like that, respectfully."
To everyone's surprise, Kylie replied with exact details: "445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! Silicone!!! hope this helps lol."

Her comment, though casual, instantly set off waves of admiration and interest, especially among women who had long admired her figure and were considering similar cosmetic enhancements.
But is it advisable for you?
However, leading plastic surgeons caution fans against assuming the same specifications will deliver the same results for everyone. Dr David Shafer, a double board-certified plastic surgeon and founder of Shafer Clinic Fifth Avenue in New York City, shared his insights in a statement to Glamour magazine.
He explained that just because Kylie had success with 445cc silicone implants doesn't mean that size or profile will flatter every body type.
"You're looking more at the ratio of their chest diameter, their height, the size of the implants, the implant projection height, low, moderate or high to help kind of simulate maybe what Kylie had. But the number size of the implant might actually be different to get the same kind of ratio for the patient," he noted.
Among the most discussed parts of Kylie’s implant details was the half-under-muscle placement. Dr Shafer clarified, "The implant sits partially under the chest muscle and partially beneath the natural breast tissue.”

This technique helps implants settle better and can create a more natural, teardrop shape for the breasts, something that’s often desired for a subtle enhancement.
Dr Shafer also stressed the importance of matching implants to a person’s anatomy, not celebrity inspiration.
