Leave it to Khushi Kapoor to serve fierce fashion with a fairytale edge. On Day 7 of India Couture Week 2025, the Gen-Z actress turned showstopper for Rimzim Dadu and left everyone spellbound with a look that was equal parts armour and art. Think futuristic royalty meets Banjara soul, and Khushi owned it.
Take a look:
Khushi Kapoor's modern metallic moment
Khushi sashayed down the runway in a two-piece couture ensemble from Rimzim Dadu's latest collection, Oxynn, and it wasn’t your regular lehenga set. Her outfit featured a halter-style metallic bustier sculpted with a pre-oxidised metal technique that clung to her frame like armour but glistened like sculpture.

The matching metallic grey skirt continued the fashion moment, with a body-hugging silhouette and rich textural details similar to heirloom silver jewellery. Reportedly crafted over two months, every element of her ensemble echoed the raw elegance of oxidised Banjara metalwork, full of heritage energy, but with a very Gen-Z couture upgrade.

Heart-shaped emerald choker that stole the show
No showstopper look is complete without the perfect jewels, and Khushi's picks were anything but ordinary. She paired her striking ensemble with a Jagat Jewels heart-shaped emerald choker from the Maharaja Manor collection, wrapped by fancy-cut diamonds and set in rich 18K gold.
A cascading three-line diamond necklace, matching emerald rings and a dainty bracelet added more drama to her already jaw-dropping look.

Khushi's makeup glam was equally striking with kohled eyes and fluttery lashes paired with a clean, dewy base. Her cheeks were subtly flushed and highlighted, and her nude lips rounded off the look. Her voluminous, side-parted waves flowed freely, adding just the right amount of softness to the power look.

Rimzim Dadu's 'Oxynn' collection
The collection Oxynn, as described by FDCI, reimagines Gujarat’s traditional Banjara craftsmanship, including mirror work and Patola weaving, through a high-fashion lens.
With sculptural silhouettes in steel, metallic yarns, and deep oxidised tones, the collection speaks of quiet strength and nomadic spirit with elements that were beautifully captured in Khushi's showstopper moment.
