It brings your awareness to the fore and most importantly improves your blood circulation, oxygen and makes you breathe out very efficiently. Improves your digestion, removes your stress, thus removing tension knots from your body and from your mind. Laughter brings pleasant and joyful feelings immediately, uplifting the mood.

How to practice laughter yoga
