Just weeks after finalising her divorce from actor Ben Affleck, global superstar Jennifer Lopez made a major move, literally, by purchasing a sprawling ₹504 crore property in the upscale Beverly Hills neighborhood near Los Angeles.
Lopez, 55, is said to have acquired the stunning estate through a trust tied to her business manager, according to Realtor. The property features multiple structures, including a main residence, a guesthouse, and a pool house. For equestrian lovers, there’s also a five-stall barn with a tack room and its very own private riding arena, making it a dream home for anyone who loves the outdoors and luxury living.
Resort-Style living
The main house boasts five bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. The singer will enjoy a master suite that oozes luxury, complete with dual walk-in closets, a wet bar, a private balcony, and a spa-style bathroom. Think steam shower, oversized soaking tub, and finishes reminiscent of a five-star resort.
Also included? A private movie theatre, a gourmet kitchen designed for hosting, and even a dedicated massage room. The estate has been described as one of the most unique and private properties in Hidden Hills.
Lopez had reportedly been searching for a new home since last year as her relationship with Affleck, 52, began to unravel. The couple, who rekindled their romance nearly two decades after calling off their first engagement, tied the knot in Las Vegas in 2022 and followed it with a grand wedding celebration in Georgia later that year.
Their whirlwind rekindling came to an end just two years into marriage. Lopez officially filed for divorce less than five months before the split was finalised in January, according to Page Six.
Their shared Beverly Hills Mansion still on the market
While Lopez has moved on with a new property, the Beverly Hills mansion she and Affleck purchased together in June 2023 remains unsold. The duo bought the estate for $60.8 million (roughly $90 million AUD), and it’s currently listed for $68 million. The massive home was considered a 'forever' residence, but plans clearly changed.
