Taking a much needed break from the fast-paced demands of life, actress Hina Khan, her longtime partner Rocky Jaiswal, Bollywood actor Vikrant Massey, his wife Sheetal and their newborn son, recently immersed themselves in a transformative retreat hosted by the Art of Living foundation. Dr. Madhu Chopra (mother of global icon Priyanka Chopra) was also a part of this journey of healing, reflection, and self-discovery.
Moments of stillness and growth
The retreat, known for its focus on mindfulness and inner peace, served as a sanctuary for emotional renewal. Through meditation sessions, spiritual learning, and community bonding, attendees were guided to shed old fears and reconnect with their inner strength. Hina shared heartfelt glimpses from the experience, highlighting serene group meditations, joyful bonding, and the process of 'unlearning' past conditioning.
Reflecting on the experience, she said, “Each of us came for our own reasons, but we left feeling like a family. We didn’t just connect-we healed, grew, and laughed together.” She also expressed deep gratitude to her close friend Neetu Mahaveer Jain, who had encouraged her to attend, and thanked everyone who contributed to making the retreat unforgettable.
Healing through spiritual practice
Hina’s retreat comes at a time when she is facing a personal health battle, a revelation that has moved fans and well-wishers across the country. By choosing to seek peace through spiritual connection, she sets an example of resilience and hope, showing that healing isn’t only physical-it’s emotional and spiritual too.

She credited the Art of Living for offering clarity and strength during a turbulent time, sharing that the experience taught her to “live in the moment, look within for peace, and embrace self-discovery.”
The power of spirituality in difficult times
In moments of crisis or uncertainty, spirituality can become a powerful anchor. It offers a sense of calm amid chaos, reminding us to turn inward rather than seek validation from the outside world. Through practices like meditation, mindfulness, and conscious breathing, individuals can find clarity, reduce anxiety, and rediscover a sense of purpose.

For many, including Hina, spirituality becomes a bridge-connecting the mind, body, and soul while offering hope and strength to move forward with courage.
As more public figures embrace holistic healing, they are helping break stigmas and encouraging others to explore spiritual paths to wellness. Hina Khan’s story is not just one of personal healing-it’s a quiet call to all who may be struggling: pause, reflect, and find strength within.
