Before we indulged into the cocktails we had to have some bar nibbles. We asked for lacquered mixed nuts. You can never go wrong with that.

Cocktails

Desi Picante
This cocktail is summer in a glass-raw mango syrup forms the juicy, tangy heart of the drink, blending seamlessly with sharp, citrusy tequila. But just when you’re swept into its refreshing zest, the spiced salt rim hits like a sucker punch. The chili-forward rim lingers aggressively on the lips and tongue, slightly overpowering the otherwise fruity profile. The result? A drink that’s intense, intriguing, but could use a softer spice touch to allow the raw mango to fully bloom on the palate.

Almond Old Fashioned
For bourbon lovers, this one’s a must-try. Infused with brown sugar and a hint of smoked almond, the drink balances sweetness and smokiness beautifully. A subtle twist on the classic, and a definite winner for those who enjoy a mellow, nutty depth in their drinks. It doesn’t shout, but it transforms the drink with a nutty, slightly roasted aftertaste.

Tiramisu Espresso Martini
Coffee lovers, rejoice! The espresso hits first -dark, robust, with a bitter bite that sharpens your senses. Then comes the creamy sweetness of Baileys syrup, mellowing the bitterness like velvet on your tongue. Hints of cocoa and cream swirl as the chilled ladyfinger biscuit teases the senses with its aromatic, sugary aroma. Don’t be fooled by the menu – the 'ladyfinger' is a biscuit garnish, not blended into the drink. Rich, indulgent, and dessert-like, it’s a perfect end-of-meal pick.
Appetizers

Guacamole Sev Puri
A clever fusion of Mexican and Indian flavours, this dish offers a healthier spin on the traditional sev puri. The creamy guacamole filling, crunchy sev topping, and that hint of tamarind sauce make it both nostalgic and refreshing. A must-try for chaat lovers looking for a lighter option.

Lotus Stem Honey Chilli
The lotus stems are fried to crisp perfection -airy and crunchy on the outside, yet tender within. The honey chilli sauce clings lovingly to each piece, delivering a sticky sweetness followed by a slow-building heat that tickles the tongue. It’s umami, spice, and caramelised joy in every bite. Highly addictive.
Mains
Veranda has too many options on their menu for mains. From North Indian Roti Sabzi, to noodles, sandwiches and Italian, they've got something for everyone's palette. But what we found interesting is their Noodles section named as 'Dope Noodles. It provides you with 3 main options. You can choose your choice of noodles: Gluten free black bean, Gluten free quinoa, wheat ramen noodles and soba noodles. You can choose your choice of protein and sauces. How convenient is that? A tip? Do not try healthy versions of noodles only because the menu looks tempting. Have it if you really wish to count every calorie you eat, are health conscious and are familiar with it's taste.

Soba noodles with Thai basil sauce & paneer
Soba noodles (made from buckwheat flour) are tossed with stir-fry veggies and your protein of choice -we went with paneer and Thai basil sauce. A light, healthy bowl ideal for clean eaters. The wok-tossed veggies shine through with a subtle basil note. One bowl comfortably serves two, making it a guilt-free comfort meal. This bowl tastes heavenly for those looking for flavors while on strict diet. Thai basil sauce blends with flavour of individual veggies and paneer too. But again, go for it only if you are familiar with its flavour.

Pink sauce tagliatelle pasta
This dish is creamy decadence with a gentle twist. The pink sauce, a classic tomato and cream blend -leans toward the sweet side, coating the flat ribbons of tagliatelle with a buttery, slightly tangy richness. The pasta is soft yet firm, catching pockets of sauce in its folds. There’s no aggressive garlic or spice here, just warm, mellow notes that comfort the palate. Tip? Don't wait for too long to devour it. Best when piping hot!
The desserts contain a variety of options like Gooey Chocolate Brownie, gulab jamun cheesecake, paan ice-cream with gulkand, Bailey's tiramisu and more.
This spot blends global cuisine with desi flair, offering something for everyone-from spicy tequila cocktails to reinvented chaats and guilt-free noodle bowls. Come hungry, come curious, and come ready to experiment.
