What is Hakini Mudra?
This mudra has its origins in ancient yogic traditions and is strongly related to the Ajna (third-eye) chakra, which is in charge of intelligence, insight, and intuition. One can use Hakini Mudra to enhance focus, memory, and emotional equilibrium by using the mind's power.
