Ride Through Valleys & Clouds: Patalpani-Kalakund Heritage Train Resumes From July 26; Tickets Available Online

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): The much awaited and monsoon special Patalpani-Kalakund Heritage Train is all set to take its passengers on a phenomenal ride, right through the lush greens and beautiful valleys of Patalpani and Kalakund from July 26. 

Just like every year, this popular train is being operated by Western Railways for this monsoon season also. 

It will run every Saturday and Sunday starting July 26. The tickets are available from Thursday (July 24) and can be booked online through IRCTC website, MMT or Paytm.

Train details: 

Train No. 52965 will depart from Patalpani at 11:05 am and will reach Kalakund by 1:05 pm.

Train No. 52966 will return from Kalakund at 3:34 pm, and will reach back at Patalpani by 4:30 pm.

Coaches & Tickets:

The train will have a total of five coaches - 

2 AC Chair Cars (C1 and C2)

3 Non-AC Chair Cars (D1, D2, D3)

AC ticket: ₹265 per person (one way)

Non-AC ticket: ₹20 per person (one way)

Passengers need to book separate tickets for the onward and return journeys.
