Indore (Madhya Pradesh): Amid heightened tensions between India and Pakistan, the Jain community in Indore has stepped forward to support the nation’s soldiers through a meaningful gesture - organising a blood donation drive.

Understanding that civilians may not be on the battlefield but can still contribute during national emergencies, community members organised the camp to help ensure that injured soldiers face no shortage of blood.

The drive was held on the first day of the three-day Pulak Parv, commemorating the birth anniversary of Acharya Gurudev Pulaksagar Maharaj.

Supported by MY Hospital, the camp took place at Neminagar Jain Colony and witnessed enthusiastic participation from youth, women, and senior members of the community.

Speaking at the event, Acharya Vibhavsagar Maharaj urged citizens to come forward and donate blood for soldiers during this critical time. He lauded the initiative as a true act of patriotism and the most meaningful way to celebrate the Acharya’s birth anniversary.

Leaders such as Anamika Bakliwal, Asha Holas Soni, and Manoj Bakliwal, along with numerous social workers and community members, played a key role in the event’s success.

National dignitaries from Pulak Manch were also present, reinforcing the spirit of unity, service, and national solidarity.
