Indore (Madhya Pradesh): Collector Asheesh Singh said in a Jan Sunvai held here on Tuesday that camps will be organised in the city for quick resolution of pension, compassionate appointment and other pending cases of government servants.
He said that it has been observed in the public hearing that applications are continuously coming from government servants for pending cases of their pension, compassionate appointment of dependents of deceased employees and other payments. In view of this, he has given instructions that camps should be organised soon.
In the Jan Sunvai held at the Collector office collector Singh heard cases of the applicants and directed the officers of the concerned departments present to work towards their quick resolution.
While conducting public hearing, the collector provided immediate financial assistance to some for education, some for treatment and some for employment.
He said that the resolution of the applications received in the public hearing is being ensured within the stipulated time limit. It has been arranged that the applicants do not have to come to the public hearing again regarding the resolution of their problems.
The collector is also on a weekly basis, reviewing the resolution of cases which have not been resolved by officials within the stipulated time limit, as these applications are being kept in TL.
