According to information she was drunk at night, her friend had gone to meet her at the flat in evening.

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): A 25-year-old woman died after she jumped off the fourth floor of a residential building at LIG area in Indore on Thursday night at around 11 pm.

The deceased identified as Pramita (25), daughter of Veer Sanrag Garhwal.

The young woman was sitting on the roof at night before she took the extreme step. According to information, she was drunk at night, her friend had gone to meet her at the flat in evening. The police have started investigating the matter.

According to the MIG police, the incident took place in the J-9 building behind the police station.

Watchman took Pramita to hospital

Pramita lived in flat number 301 located on the third floor of this building. At night, she sat alone on the roof for a long time. After this, she suddenly jumped. The building's watchman Anand took her to the hospital and he informed the other people of the building about the incident.

The police said that the building was built 1 year ago. Since then, Pramita was living here on rent in Solam Gems' flat. She was working in a private company. Some time ago, she had left her job and told the people in the building that she was now studying.

Pramita's friend Tanmay used to come to meet her. He had come to meet her on Thursday in his SUV car and went back at around 5 pm. Pramita was drinking alcohol since then. Police said that information about Tanmay is being gathered. At the same time, information about Pramita's family will be collected and they will be contacted.

Another woman was on terrace

According to the police, the family of watchman Anand also lives on the roof of the building. At the time of the accident, his wife was in her room. Another young woman Reshma living in flat number 203 was talking on her mobile.

After some time Pramita was not seen on the roof. Reshma heard a voice and called watchman Anand. Watchman Anand had just reached down at that time. When he saw, the Pramita was lying on the ground and there was blood around it.
