Indore (Madhya Pradesh): Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Indore has recorded a significant surge in admissions for the academic year 2025–26, with an overall average increase of around 27 per cent compared to the previous year.

According to a press release issued by the Institute on Thursday, the MTech programme witnessed the highest growth among all programmes, with enrollments rising by a record 65 per cent. “This growth reflects a rising interest in advanced education and research among aspiring scholars and innovators,” the release stated.
