A complaint of sexual harassment has been lodged against Nagina MP Chandrashekhar Azad with the National Women's Commission. The complaint was filed from Switzerland by Rohini Ghavari, a PhD scholar. Ghavari alleges that Chandrashekhar Azad invited her to a hotel and engaged in sexual relations, consistently keeping her "in the dark."

She stated, "He always kept me in deception. I will fight for my self-respect and honor. I will not back down."

The complaint details what Ghavari described as a "love-hate story" between herself and the Member of Parliament. As of reporting, MP Chandra-shekhar Azad has not issued a statement regarding the allegations.
