Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath delivered a strong message to India's perceived adversaries, stating that any threat to the nation's sovereignty or the safety of its citizens would be met with severe consequences. He made these remarks during the launch of the Bharat Shaurya Tiranga Yatra, a march led by the Chief Minister himself, carrying the national flag.

The Chief Minister asserted that Pakistan is a failed state that has, for the past 70-75 years, only cultivated and spread terrorism. He contrasted this with the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, whom he credited with not only maintaining the country's unity but also boosting the morale of Indian soldiers. CM Adityanath claimed that Pakistan's support for terrorism would ultimately lead to its own downfall.

"In times of challenge, and when someone attempts to create a national crisis, patience and unity are our greatest strengths," said CM Adityanath. "Thanks to the bravery of our soldiers, India has demoralized Pakistan. The world has also seen the shameless face of Pakistan and its patrons, where even military officers and leaders attended the funerals of terrorists. These incidents reflect that Pakistan is a failed state and in the past 70-75 years, it has only spread the seeds of terrorism. Pakistan has told the world nothing but the story of its failure. The patronage it gives to terrorism clearly shows that one day, terrorism will consume Pakistan itself."

He referenced 'Operation Sindoor' as a demonstration of India's resolve. "A hollow Pakistan today dares to act recklessly, but ‘Operation Sindoor’ was the answer to that. In the future, anyone who raises a finger at India or violates the dignity and safety of our women will not even have anyone mourning their death."

The Bharat Shaurya Tiranga Yatra, which CM Adityanath led from his official residence, was organized to honor the Indian Army's valor. The Chief Minister used the occasion to express his gratitude to Prime Minister Modi, the soldiers, veterans, and the youth for the success of the operation. He emphasized the nation's eagerness to acknowledge the bravery of its soldiers.

CM Adityanath reiterated the Indian Army's stance: "We won’t provoke, but if provoked, we won’t spare anyone." He stated that the government is committed to protecting India's honor and sovereignty, and that despite providing evidence of Pakistan's involvement in terrorism, Pakistan continued its actions, leading to 'Operation Sindoor'. He reported that the operation resulted in the neutralization of over 100 terrorists and their supporters. The Chief Minister described the Tricolor as a symbol of India's honor, pride, and valor. He explained that the Tiranga Yatra was initiated to pay tribute to the soldiers, express respect for the national flag, and convey gratitude to Prime Minister Modi.

He also noted the large turnout for the event, despite the high temperatures, as a testament to the public's respect for the Indian Army.

CM Adityanath concluded by stating that Prime Minister Modi's vision of a new and developed India is centered on the principle of "Nation First." He emphasized that national unity and a sense of national priority are crucial for realizing this vision. He also thanked PM Modi for visiting soldiers in Adampur, Punjab, and for his efforts in keeping the nation united and boosting the morale of the soldiers.

The event was attended by several dignitaries, including BJP State President Bhupendra Singh Chaudhary, State General Secretary (Organization) Dhrampal, Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak, and other ministers and legislators. The event was hosted by Legislative Council Member Govind Narayan Shukla.
