Dhirendra Shastri further went on to substantiate his response, saying he was impressed during the pandemic with North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un, who had allegedly ordered the termination of COVID-positive patients to keep the virus from spreading.

Dhirendra Krishna Shastri, aka Bageshwar Baba, came down heavily on comedian Samay Raina and YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia for their controversial remarks during the 'India's Got Talent' show, saying there is no pardon for their mistakes. When asked if they should be forgiven if they apologise, he replied saying "maaf nahi, saaf kar dena chahiye" (don't forgive, they should be eliminated).

Dhirendra Krishna, who recently appeared in Shubhankar Mishra's podcast, spoke on the ongoing row pertaining to Ranveer Allahbadia's controversial comments that resulted in multiple FIRs across the country against him and others who were present during the show.

In the podcast, when Shubhankar Mishra asked Dhirendra Shastri to give his reaction on the row, he replied saying, "There is a difference between being a Sanatani and pretending to be one... Commenting on Bageshwar Baba is easy but becoming him is difficult." "There are some people who are not Sanatani; they garner views (on social platforms) from the stream of flow," he said.

When asked about the issue, Dhirendra said that he was not fully aware of it but had heard a little bit about it. He then said that he did not expect Allahbadia and Samay Raina to use such words.

When the host chimed in asking if they should be forgiven since it was their first mistake, Dhirendra Shastri replied saying 'saaf kar dena chahiye.'

Shocked by Dhirendra Shastri's response, the host sought clarification for his words.

Shastri then said that if your mistake causes harm to Sanatan Hindu religion, then instead of forgiving, 'saaf kar dena chahiye.'

He further went on to substantiate his response, saying he was impressed during the pandemic with North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un, who had allegedly ordered the termination of COVID-positive patients to keep the virus from spreading.
