Noida: In a disturbing late-night incident in Noida’s Sector 94, a speeding Toyota Glanza was deliberately rammed into a crowd during a heated parking dispute, leaving a 30-year-old man with fractures in both legs. The police have arrested two suspects and registered an attempt to murder case.
The incident occurred around 12:30 am on Tuesday, June 17, outside the Supernova high-rise. According to the police, Vipin Bhati, a Faridabad native, and Monu Bhati from Badarpur, Delhi, had parked their Glanza near the society gate when another resident, Bhuvnesh Kumar, arrived in his SUV at high speed and braked abruptly near their car.
An argument broke out between the two parties, reportedly triggered when Vipin and Monu confronted Bhuvnesh for allegedly attempting to hit their vehicle. "During the heated argument, when a crowd gathered, Vipin, who was behind the wheel, drove his car into the group," said Bhupendra Singh, Station House Officer (SHO) of Sector 126 police station.

Among those hit was Balvindra Singh, a fellow Supernova resident, who suffered multiple injuries, including severe fractures in both legs. He was rushed to a nearby hospital by bystanders and is now said to be out of danger.
The suspects fled the scene immediately after the incident, but were later arrested. Their vehicle has been seized. Based on a complaint from Singh, police registered a case under Sections 109 (abetment of offence), 352 (use of criminal force), and 351(2) (criminal intimidation) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita at Sector 126 police station.
The investigation is ongoing, and police are currently reviewing CCTV footage from the area to ascertain the full sequence of events.
