National AYUSH Nature Testing Campaign 2025: Chhattisgarh Secures 3rd Spot In Strike Rate, 9th Overall

Chhattisgarh has achieved significant recognition in the Nature Testing Campaign organized by the National Commission for Indian Medicine in New Delhi, securing third place nationally in the strike rate target and ninth place overall in nature testing standards.

Raipur: Chhattisgarh has achieved significant recognition in the Nature Testing Campaign organized by the National Commission for Indian Medicine in New Delhi, securing third place nationally in the strike rate target and ninth place overall in nature testing standards.

This accomplishment was acknowledged with a certificate and trophy presented to the state by Union Minister of AYUSH, Pratap Rao Jadhav, during a ceremony at the Jehangir Bhabha Theater in Mumbai. Dr. Sanjay Shukla, the campaign's state coordinator, accepted the honors on behalf of Chhattisgarh.

Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai extended his congratulations to the officials and staff of the AYUSH department, highlighting this success as a testament to Chhattisgarh's progress in health and Ayurveda. He emphasized that this achievement will bolster AYUSH-based health services in the state.

Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal also commended the AYUSH department officials, reiterating the government's commitment to expanding and enhancing AYUSH-based health services. He noted that initiatives like this will not only increase health awareness among citizens but also integrate natural treatment methods into the mainstream healthcare system.

The campaign, which ran from November 26 to December 25, 2024, saw over 12.9 million citizens tested nationwide, with Chhattisgarh contributing significantly by testing more than 445,000 individuals. A dedicated team of 3,551 volunteers from the state played a crucial role in this endeavor.

Moreover, the campaign attracted participation from more than 40,000 officers and personnel of the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) under the Ministry of Home Affairs, underscoring a growing trust in AYUSH medicine across various sectors.
