The Congress insulted the tricolor and made a design of the tricolor on a cloth on which the hand is printed. Which is being hung here and there, this is the insult of the tri-color."
Earlier in the day, Leader of Opposition, Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, Tika Ram Jully posted the viral video.

This is not just the double character of the BJP leaders but also a betrayal towards the country and the Constitution. Today there is an insult to the sacrifice of lakhs of martyrs who gave their lives for this tricolor, MLA Balmukundacharya should apologize."
