Attack On Salman Khan Foiled: Cops Arrest 4 Lawrence Bishnoi Gang Members Who Planned 2nd Attack On Him In Panvel
The Lawrence Bishnoi gang had planned an attack on Bollywood superstar Salman Khan's car in Panvel, more than a month after two accused fired shots outside his Bandra residence. Salman Khan has been a target of the gang ever since he shot a blackbuck during the shooting of one of his films in Rajasthan in 1998.
According to ANI, The Navi Mumbai Police arrested four members of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang who intended to attack Salman's car while he was en route to his Panvel farmhouse.
Reportedly, they had planned to order weapons from a Pakistani arms supplier. An FIR has been registered against more than 17 people including Lawrence Bishnoi, Anmol Bishnoi, Goldy Brar and further probe is underway.

Himachal Pradesh is leading the voter turnout at 14.35 per cent in the last phase of the Lok Sabha elections, as per the data provided by the Election Commission.
Odisha is witnessing low voter turnout till 9 am at 7.69 per cent.
In other states where voting is underway are-- Bihar--10.58 per cent, Chandigarh--11.64 per cent, Jharkhand--12.15 per cent, Punjab--9.64 per cent, Uttar Pradesh--12.94 per cent and West Bengal--12.63 per cent.
The overall turnout recorded till 9 am is at 11.31 per cent.
The seventh and final phase of polling in the largest festival of democracy started on Saturday as voting started in the last 57 parliamentary constituencies at 7 am across seven states and the Union Territory of Chandigarh.
According to the Election Commission of India, over 10.06 crore electors including approximately 5.24 crore male, 4.82 crore female and 3574 third gender electors are expected to exercise their franchise.
