A biker was assaulted by youths in a Scorpio SUV armed with baseball bats following a road rage incident on the Delhi-Jaipur Expressway in Gurugram.
A disturbing video of the incident has gone viral on social media, capturing the physical assault and vandalism.
According to reports, the attackers stopped the bikers in the middle of the expressway, physically assaulted them, and vandalised their luxury motorcycles. One motorcyclist sustained serious injuries and has been admitted to the Sector-10 Civil Hospital for treatment.
Hardik Sharma, a resident of Sector-46, told police that he had planned a Sunday breakfast ride with his friends. The group had gathered near Ambience Mall at the Delhi-Gurugram border before heading toward Pachgaon, when they were allegedly harassed by the occupants of the Scorpio on the Delhi-Jaipur Expressway.
"We stopped near the Dwarka Expressway junction to address the harassment when the Scorpio pulled up in front of us. Several young men exited the vehicle and began assaulting us while also recording videos of the attack," Sharma stated in his complaint.
When the bikers’ companions attempted to intervene, the assailants reportedly escalated the violence, using baseball bats to beat them and damaging their motorcycles before fleeing the scene.
ASI Sandeep, Police Spokesperson, confirmed that a case has been registered at the Sector-37 Police Station and an investigation is underway. “The victim has provided the vehicle registration number of the Scorpio, which has helped us identify the suspects. Efforts are being made to apprehend them soon,” he said.

Gurugram Police on Tuesday arrested four accused linked with the case.
