New Delhi: Two more Delhi schools received a bomb threat on Wednesday. Authorities immediately evacuated the premises of these schools for a thorough check, reported PTI, quoting officials. The schools that received bomb threat emails are - St Thomas School in Dwarka and Vasant Valley School.
Notably, this is the second bomb threat to the St. Thomas School in two days. The school received a similar threat on Tuesday, also.
An email threatening to blow up St Thomas School in Dwarka was received at 5.26 am, while Vasant Valley School got a similar threat at 6.30 am, said the official, as reported by the news agency.

Staff staying in these schools overnight were immediately taken to safety as a precautionary measure. Teams of Delhi Police, bomb disposal squad and dog squad were rushed to the schools. However, nothing suspicious has been found so far.
This was the third consecutive day that educational institutions in the national capital were targeted with bomb threats. All these threats turned out to be hoaxes.
On Monday also, three schools in the national capital were placed on alert after receiving bomb threats via e-mails. These schools were reportedly the Navy Children School in Chanakyapuri, the CRPF School in Dwarka and an as‑yet‑unnamed institution in Rohini, the Delhi Police told news agency IANS. Bomb threats were received via email at the Navy School in Chanakyapuri, the CRPF School in Dwarka and a school in Rohini.
