New Delhi: Are you a reel creator and want to earn money out of your hobby? Here is your chance to earn up to Rs 15,000. As part of the 10th anniversary celebration of the Digital India initiative, the Government of India has launched an exciting reel contest called ‘A Decade of Digital India’. The contest invites people from across India to share one-minute videos (reels) showcasing how Digital India has brought a positive change in their lives. Interested people can take part in the contest from 1 July 2025 to 1 August 2025.
What Contestants Have to Do?
Participants are supposed to creatively capture real-life experiences of how digital services have brought a positive change for them or their communities.
How to Participate?
Create a reel in portrait mode, highlighting how Digital India has positively impacted your life. There is no entry fee and only Indian citizens are eligible for participation.
Choose Your Theme
Your reel can focus on one or more of the following topics: Access to government services through digital platforms, benefits from digital education or online healthcare, use of digital payment systems like BHIM UPI, experience with platforms like UMANG, DigiLocker, eHospital, etc.
No Language Barrier
You can create your reel in English, Hindi, or any regional language. Adding captions is suggested.
Technical Guidelines
The format of the video must be in MP4 file only. The orientation should be in portrait mode. The video should be original. The video quality should be of high resolution.
Upload and Share
Upload your reel and make sure the link is publicly accessible. Register and submit your entry via MyGov.in. Ensure your MyGov profile is accurate and updated for communication.

Prize Money Details
Top 10 winners take home ₹15,000 each, the next 25 winners win ₹10,000 each and the next 50 winners bag ₹5,000 each. The deadline for participation is 1 August 2025 at 23:45.
