Amroha: A salesman of a petrol pump in Uttar Pradesh's Amroha showcased bravery and presence of mind to foil a robbery attempt on Friday evening. The incident was recorded on CCTV installed at the petrol pump. The clip is now doing rounds on social media.
In the video, it could be seen a man was refuelling his bike, while another person was standing next to the bike, As the salesman refuelled the bike, the second man sat on the bike and snatched cash from him.

The salesman ran after the bike, The man riding the bike lost control. Meanwhile, other employees of the petrol pump rushed towards the bike. Two petrol employees managed to overpower the pillion. While another petrol pump employee tried to stop the biker.
The video shows, two petrol pump employees beating the pillion who snatched the money. The accused have been identified as Danish and Farman, reported Aaj Tak. Both the accused were arrested by the police.
Robbery Attempt Foiled By Bhopal Police:
Earlier in February this year, cops at TT Nagar police station in Madhya Pradesh;s Bhopal busted a gang of robbers who were planning a robbery at a petrol pump to celebrate the birthday of the kingpin of their gang.
Police arrested six members of the gang with weapons from an abandoned building. The accused had run out of cash and were planning the robbery to get some cash to celebrate the birthday of their gang leader and also pay their lawyers' fee who were pursuing their criminal cases. The accused are habitual offenders and have criminal records in different police stations.
