Bengaluru: The residents of the city have been enjoying cool weather over the past few days. The city is set to experience heavy rainfall on July 25, 2025. Cloudy skies are also expected in the city, which is expected to remain the same throughout the day.
The city woke up at 06: 03 AM. The minimum and maximum temperatures are expected to range from 20 degrees Celsius and 25 degrees Celsius, respectively. The city is expected to witness the sunset at 06: 49 PM. The weather department said that rain and cloudy skies will keep the temperatures mild and pleasant in the city.
KSNDMC shared a weather report on X
Karnataka State Natural Disaster Monitoring Centre (KSNDMC) shared a weather report on X for seven days and wrote,
"Scattered to widespread moderate rainfall is likely in the coastal and Malnad districts of the state, with heavy to very heavy rainfall at isolated places and very heavy rainfall today. Scattered to widespread normal rainfall in the interior districts."
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD the rainfall is likely to be accompanied by strong surface winds, thunderstorms, and lightning. Scattered heavy rainfall is predicted in isolated regions of the state. The rainfall is likely to be accompanied by gusty winds. An orange alert has been issued in coastal areas and South Interior Karnataka. Meanwhile, a yellow alert has been issued in North Interior Karnataka.

If you plan to step out, it's advisable to carry an umbrella or raincoat, as sudden rain showers are common. The weather department also advised residents and fishermen to avoid venturing into the sea or water bodies.

The minimum and maximum temperatures are expected to be around 20 degrees Celsius and 25 degrees Celsius, respectively. Cloudy skies are predicted with moderate rainfall on Friday. The weather department has predicted rainfall till July 28, 2025.
