Bengaluru: A woman in Bengaluru’s Yelahanka New Town was arrested after a video went viral showing her verbally abusing and threatening traffic police officers on a busy roadside. The incident took place on August 14, when traffic personnel stopped her two-wheeler and clamped its wheel.
On Friday evening, the Bengaluru City Police shared a video. The first part shows the viral clip where the woman is seen abusing the officer, while the second part shows her and her staff in police custody. The police also attached the compalint copy in the video.
The police posted the video with the caption: "Shouting at the police won’t make you a hero. Vulgar words and threats can earn you a VIP pass—straight to the police station. Beware, BCP is watching you."
In the viral video, the woman is seen yelling at both a male and female officer, using vulgar language and defending a man with her, reportedly her staff member. She can be heard accusing the male officer of touching his t-shirt.

She can be heard saying, “B*****d, don’t say anything to my staff", she also threatened the female constable, “Kapde utaar ke nanga karungi tujhe” (“I will strip you naked”).
Some netizens and journalists from Bengaluru claimed her name was Hiral Vyas and was she was offloaded & arrested from an Air India Surat-bound flight after allegedly ordering cabin crew to carry her luggage & threatening to crash the aircraft.
Despite the pilot’s intervention, she had then refused to calm down, forcing the staff and crew to remove her from the aircraft before the flight took off, said a news report.
