Air India Passenger Found Dead After Flight Lands At Lucknow Airport

A passenger was found dead onboard an Air India flight (AI2845) after it landed at Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport in Lucknow on Friday.

Lucknow: A passenger was found dead onboard an Air India flight (AI2845) after it landed at Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport in Lucknow on Friday. The flight landed at the airport at 8:10 am. The victim was identified as 52-year-old Aashif Daulla Ansari. The flight arrived from New Delhi.

He was a resident of Bihar's Gopalganj. Daulla did not respond as crew members of the flight tried to wake him up. According to a report published in The Times of India, Daulla was found dead after a stewardess approached him to clear his food plate.

Doctors, who were also on the flight, examined him and declared him dead. "This morning, a male passenger, who was unwell arrived at Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport, Lucknow. Our medical team responded immediately, providing first aid before transporting him to the hospital in an Advanced Life Support ambulance," CCSI Airport spokesperson as quoted by TOI.

"We are deeply saddened to learn that he later passed away. Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family during this difficult time," the spokesperson added.

However, the reason for Daulla's death is not known. Panic gripped the fellow passengers after the incident.
