Actor Salman Khan has been hosting the reality show, Bigg Boss, for over a decade now, and one of the most infamous episodes hosted by him has to be the one in which he kicked contestant Priyanka Jagga out of the show. Priyanka had participated in Bigg Boss 10, and after an ugly spat, Salman had shown her the exit door, while also vowing to never share the screen with her ever again.
Priyanka was one of the most popular, or rather, infamous contestants on Bigg Boss 10, which aired in 2016. She was known for her fights and ugliest of altercations with the other contestants since her very first week, and despite repeated warnings from Salman, she did not change her ways.
And all hell broke loose when in one episode, she charged at Salman himself. As the actor reprimanded her for being abusive inside the Bigg Boss house, she arrogantly replied, "Aur karungi". Salman then asked her to not use that tone with him, and Priyanka was seen having a meltdown and lashing out at the actor, accusing him and others of not treating her as a human being.
Salman, in his trademark style, finally took his jacket off and asked Priyanka to leave the house. "Please leave my home," he stated, and the latter was seen walking straight out of the main door.
Salman went on to declare on national television that he would never work with Priyanka again. "I would request Colors TV, never to get her back, ever on this show. Not only on this show but on this channel. If she ever comes on this channel, I will never work with Colors ever again," he had announced.
Thus, when Priyanka Jagga confirmed her participation in Bigg Boss 19, ardent fans of the reality show were shocked, and the anticipation for the new season has also gone up now.
It will be interesting to see Salman and Priyanka's interaction on Bigg Boss 19, which is set to premiere on August 24.
