As the Animal teaser hit the internet on the morning of September 28, co-inciding with lead hero Ranbir Kapoor's birthday, fans and friends from Hindi and Telugu film industry cannot keep calm. With the teaser promising a blood-thirsty relationship saga between a son and his father, Animal has emerged as the topic of discussion for one and all. As varying reactions poured from all corners, one celebrity who took the opportunity to join the conversation is Arjun Reddy actor Vijay Deverakonda, who shared his thoughts on X, formerly known as Twitter.
In his tweet, the actor wished his Arjun Reddy director Sandeep Reddy Vanga and Geetha Govindam and Dear Comrade co-star Rashmika Mandanna, the very best for Animal. He also wished his 'favourite' Ranbir, a happy birthday.

Earlier last week, Rashmika's look from the film as Geetanjali was revealed creating a sense of curiousity amongst her fans as to what the movie promises for India's National Crush.
In the poster, the actress is seen wearing a red and white saree with minimal make-up and her hair tyed in a messed-up bun.
ABOUT ANIMAL
Directed by Vanga of Arjun Reddy and Kabir Singh fame, Animal is gory, bloody revenge drama that also places a troubled father-son relationship at its forefront. Through the teaser, one can gauge that Ranbir's character is dealing with the weight of his father's expectations and how his quest for his father's validation pushes him to unimaginable extents.
The film also stars Anil Kapoor as Balbir Singh. Bobby Deol stars as 'Animal's Enemy'. Besides Rashmika, the film also stars Triptii Dimri in a key role but further details about her character are awaited.
Initially slated for release on August 11, the film is now finally slated for release on December 1st, 2023.
