Amitabh Bachchan's son-actor Abhishek Bachchan recently attended an awards function in Mumbai, which was a star-studded event, graced by several celebrities including Rekha, Mumtaz, Urmila Matondkar, Akshay Kumar, Shilpa Shetty, Khushi Kapoor, Farhan Akhtar, Sonam Kapoor, and Dia Mirza, among others.
Now, an inside video from the event is doing the rounds on social media, which shows Abhishek sharing a warm hug with Rekha. In the video, the duo were seen dressed in white, just like other celebrities, suggesting that the theme for the event was white, as seen in the video. The clip shows Abhishek walking towards the stage and hugging Rekha; later, they were also seen having a conversation.

Meanwhile, Abhishek, who is married to Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, have been the quintessential Bollywood couple for 17 long years. However, in 2024, there were rumours stating that the couple are heading for a divorce.
Several reports also stated that the couple is living separately. Rumors about tension between Aishwarya and Abhishek began when Aishwarya and her daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan, arrived separately for Anant Ambani's wedding, while the rest of the family, including Amitabh, Jaya, Abhishek, Shweta, Agastya Nanda, and Navya Nanda, attended together.
