Veteran Bollywood actor Jeetendra and his family have reportedly sold a prime land parcel in Mumbai’s Andheri area for Rs 855 crore. They have signed the deal with buyer, NTT Global Data Centers and Cloud Infrastructure India Private Limited, earlier known as Netmagic IT Services.
The deal was officially registered on May 29, 2025. According to documents reviewed by Square Yards, the property was sold through two companies -- Pantheon Buildcon Private Limited and Tusshar Infra Developers Private Limited, which are run by the Kapoor family.
The sale includes two adjoining plots, covering a total area of 9,664.68 square metre (around 2.39 acres). At present, the site houses the Balaji IT Park, which features three buildings with a combined built-up area of around 4.90 lakh square feet.
As per the property documents, the transaction involved a stamp duty payment of Rs 8.69 crore and registration charges of Rs 30,000.
NTT Global Data Centers reportedly purchased the land to expand its presence in India’s digital infrastructure sector.
Jeetendra and his team are yet to issue an official statement on the massive sale deal.
While Jeetendra, who is 83 now, prefers to stay away from the limelight, his daughter Ektaa Kapoor, the television czarina, has her hands full with both TV shows and movies. At present, she is busy with the production of her cult show, Kyuki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, which is set to return to television with a reboot.

If reports are to be believed, Smriti Irani and Amar Upadhyay will be seen reprising their roles of Tulsi Virani and Mihir Virani on the show, Smriti, who is busy with her political work, has reportedly made time in her busy schedule to be a part of the limited-episodes reboot.
Tusshar, on the other hand, was recently seen in the horror-comedy film, Kapkapiii.
