Aditi Rajput, who won the dating reality show Splitsvilla X3 alongside Jay Dudhane, has confirmed her breakup with dance choreographer Sarang Rai. The couple, who got engaged in 2022, have decided to part ways three years after their engagement.
On Friday, Aditi took to her Instagram story to officially announce the split. She wrote, "Hello Everyone, This is a formal communication. Me and Sarang are no longer together. In times like these, I truly appreciate your support and request for privacy. Thank you."

Aditi has also deleted photos with Sarang, including their engagement pictures, and has even unfollowed him on Instagram. Meanwhile, Sarang still has a few videos with her on his profile.
The duo got engaged on October 28, 2022. Their engagement ceremony was a grand affair, attended by close family members. In May 2022, Aditi had made her relationship with Sarang official on social media.
Sarang is a Bollywood choreographer and a former student of Shiamak Davar.
Aditi and Sarang met in Dehradun, where he came across her Instagram story and approached her for a collaboration. They later met in person, connected over their vibes, and eventually started dating.
Talking about the proposal, Aditi told India Forums that she initially tried to play cupid and set Sarang up with a mutual friend. However, she later discovered that he actually liked her. The two continued to meet occasionally for professional reasons, but after a few days, Sarang confessed his feelings and made it clear that he wasn’t interested in casual relationships
"I asked him if he's up for a serious relationship wherein we can think about taking it to the next level and he agreed without battling an eye-lid. Him not even taking a moment to reply made me think that he’s the one," added Aditi.
Aditi rose to fame after participating in the dating reality show Splitsvilla 13 with Jay. The duo shared a close connection on the show.
They defeated semi-finalists Shivam Sharma and Pallak Yadav to claim the trophy.
