Actress Aneet Padda, who has become the talk of the town after the success of Saiyaara, received a special surprise from her school after her film smashed all records at the box office. Overwhelmed by their surprise, the actress penned a heartfelt note, with a promise to visit her school soon.
The faculty of her school, Springdale, recorded a special video message for Aneet, and it included several unseen photos of the actress from all the years she spent in the school. While they lauded her and expressed how proud the whole school was of her, Aneet shared it on her Instagram handle with an emotional note.

"I don’t even know how to put this into words. Watching this, I just sat there with the biggest smile on my face and tears in my eyes. Dales is where I’ve grown up, where I’ve learnt how to dream big, where people believed in me long before I even had the courage to believe in myself. To see my teachers, my mentors, and even the students come together to make something this beautiful is overwhelming in the best way (sic)," she wrote.
She further continued, "Every time I step onto a set now, there’s a part of me that’s still that little girl in a Springdale uniform, sitting in class, daydreaming about this exact life. And I know I wouldn’t be here without the people who taught me, guided me, and loved me through every phase of growing up (sic)."
"I hope I make you proud, not just with the film, but with who I’m becoming. I can’t wait to come back, and just say thank you to each of you, properly, face to face. You’ve given me so much more than an education, you’ve given me a piece of myself I’ll never lose," Aneet gushed.
She concluded her note saying, "Thank you for seeing me, for cheering for me, and for reminding me that no matter how far I go, I’ll always have a home to come back to (sic)."

Meanwhile, Saiyaara completed two weeks in theatres on Friday, and the film has shattered all records in these two weeks. Starring Ahaan Panday and Aneet, it opened with Rs 21 crore at the box office, thus registering the highest first-day figures for a film led by newcomers.
So far, Saiyaara has minted Rs 280.50 crore in India alone. It has also become the highest-grossing Bollywood film of 2025 in overseas markets with close to Rs 100 crore.
