Television actor Shoaib Ibrahim's old tweet has resurfaced, where he responded to a Pakistani fan disappointed by his 2019 film Battalion 609, an anti-Pakistani film. Defending himself, he replied, "Paapi pet ke liye krna padta hai bhai." The tweet has gone viral after Shoaib faced criticism for uploading a vlog amid heightened tensions following the recent Pahalgam terror attack.

Television actor Shoaib Ibrahim recently faced backlash for posting his new vlog while sharing updates about their safety amid the tense situation after the terror attack in Pahalgam on April 22, where 26 people were killed. Amid all this, his old tweet resurfaced, where he replied to a Pakistani fan who expressed disappointment over his 2019 film Battalion 609, which was anti-Pakistan.

The user wrote on X, "Apki movie aa rahi hai?? & Pakistan ke against waisay nahi milni thi kia... Main apko or Dipika ko bohat pyar karti hon apsy aisi umeed nahi thi #FanFromPakistan." To this, the actor replied, "Paapi pet ke liye krna padta hai bhai...entetainment ko entetainment ke hisab se dekhiye."
