Shah Rukh Khan starrer King is undoubtedly one of the most awaited films of 2026. The shooting of the film started in May this year, and according to a recent report in Bollywood Hungama, SRK, while doing intense action sequences, met with an accident and injured himself. A source told the portal, “While exact details of the injury have been kept under wraps, Shah Rukh, along with his team, has travelled to the US for urgent medical attention. It’s nothing serious, but more of a muscular injury, as Shah Rukh over the years has injured multiple muscles of his body while performing stunts.”
The source further added that the next schedule of King will now take place in September or October as SRK has been advised to take rest for recovery. Reportedly, Film City, Golden Tobacco & YRF Studios were booked for the shoot for July and August, but the booking has been cancelled until further notice.
