Allu Arjun-starrer Pushpa: The Rise's popular item number Oo Antava, featuring Samantha Ruth Prabhu, has remained a fan favourite since the film's release in 2021. Years later, the film’s composer, Devi Sri Prasad, has accused Turkish singer Atiye of copying Oo Antava in her recently released song Anlayana, which came out seven months ago. Expressing his disappointment, he also revealed that he is considering taking legal action against the singer.
At an event, DSP was heard saying in Telugu, "Many people enjoyed our song ‘Oo Antava’ from Pushpa in various ways. But now I’ve come to know that it has been copied into Turkish. There are many similarities in singer Atiye’s version. One has to call it a plain copy."
"This is an example of how our music has international appeal," he shared.

Further, he added, "I am thinking about filing a case against them and what to do. But I am proud that our Telugu song has been copied."
A few months ago, Samantha said that she had never imagined herself doing a sultry dance number in front of a massive crowd. "Who thinks of me for a special song, and that too, one in which I had to look really hot? I was always playing the cute, bubbly, girl-next-door," she shared, adding that it wasn’t just about the choreography but it was about embodying a bold, confident persona.
She told Galatta Plus, "It wasn’t about the dance, it was about the attitude - the fierce, confident woman who is always comfortable in her sexuality - all of these, which I am not."
Recalling the first day on set, she confessed during the interview, "I was shaking in front of 500 junior artists before the first shot. I was so nervous."
