Mardaani 3 will hit the big screens on Febuary 27, 2026.
YRF took to social media to share the movie's first look, and wrote, "The countdown begins for #Mardaani3! On Holi, good will fight evil as Shivani Shivaji Roy returns to the big screen on February 27, 2026."

While Abhiraj Minawala is helming Mardaani 3, Pradeep Sarkar directed Mardaani, and Gopi Puthran directed Mardaani 2. He made his directorial debut with Loveyatri, so Mardaani 3 is his second film as a director.
