Actor Suyyash Rai came down heavily on the paparazzi on Friday after a social media portal shared a video of actress Avneet Kaur in which the cameras can be seen deliberately zooming in on her chest. He questioned their manners and ethics, and called out the sad state of affairs.
Avneet attended an event in Mumbai on Thursday evening wearing an orange bodycon dress with a plunging neckline. As she posed glamorously on the red carpet, the paps zoomed in on her chest, and it was later shared all over Instagram. Netizens slammed paps and called the zooming in "unnecessary", and Suyyash too joined them in bashing the media.
"Why zoomed? Khud ghus jaao andar? Yes shez looking pretty, but what are you guys doing as media ? Manners ? thics ? Basics ? Of life ?? Aisa toh ho heee nai sakta that women of your home are okay with this ! its sad! (sic)," he commented under the video shared by an online portal on Instagram.

Another user wrote, "The cameraman needs some belt treatment, who zooms like this? (sic)," while a netizen commented, "Yes she’s gorgeous!! But why do you need zoom ???? Don’t you feel shame?? (sic)."
Meanwhile, Avneet has not reacted to the video yet.
The 23-year-old was all over the news a couple of months ago after former Team India skipper Virat Kohli 'liked' a picture of the actress which was shared by one of her fanpages. While netizens pulled the cricketer's leg for liking the photo, Kohli, in a surprising move, decided to issue a statement about it.

I'd like to clarify that while clearing my feed, it appears the algorithm may have mistakenly registered an interaction. There was absolutely no intent behind it. I request that no unnecessary assumptions be made. Thank you for your understanding," he wrote.
But by then, Avneet had already become the talk of the town and she gained 2 million followers on Instagram, along with multiple brand endorsement deals worth crores.
