Actress Kareena Kapoor Khan recently gave her statement to the Bandra Police regarding the attack on her husband, Saif Ali Khan, who was stabbed six times by an intruder in the early hours of Thursday at their Bandra apartment in Mumbai.
According to India Today, the actress revealed that the attacker was 'very aggressive' and Saif was attacked multiple times during the incident. She shared, "The attacker didn’t steal anything. Saif intervened to protect younger son, Jehangir (Ali Khan), and the attacker was unable to reach him."

She added, "Saif tried to save children and women." Kareena revealed that she went to her sister Karisma Kapoor's house after the attack. "I was terrified, so Karisma took me to her house."
After Saif's attack, Kareena issued a statement and requested space. Her statement read, "It has been an incredibly challenging day for our family, and we are still trying to process the events that have unfolded. As we navigate this difficult time, I respectfully and humbly request that the media and paparazzi refrain from the relentless speculation and coverage."
Kareena added, "While we appreciate the concern and support, the constant scrutiny and attention are not only overwhelming but also pose a significant risk to our safety. I kindly request that you respect our boundaries and give us the space we need to heal and cope as a family."
"I would like to thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation during this sensitive time," she concluded.

Saif was quickly rushed to Lilavati Hospital by Ibrahim Ali Khan, where he underwent surgery to remove a knife fragment from his spine after being attacked at his Mumbai residence.
The investigation is underway. However, no arrest has been made in the case so far.
