Actor Jaideep Ahlawat and his wife Jyoti Hooda seem to be doubling down on luxury real estate in Mumbai. The couple recently purchased their second high-value apartment in the upscale Poorna Apartments, located in Andheri West.
According to property documents reviewed by Square Yards via the official website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) Maharashtra, the latest deal was registered in June 2025 and is valued at Rs 10 crore.
Interestingly, this marks their second property purchase in the same residential project within a span of two months - the first apartment was bought in May 2025 for the same amount.
Both apartments are located on different floors and offer similar specifications.
The new apartment boasts a carpet area of 1,950 sq. ft. (approximately 181 sq. m.) and a built-up area of 2,341 sq. ft. (around 217.47 sq. m.). The transaction also includes two dedicated car parking spaces. The couple paid a stamp duty of Rs 60 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000 for the June purchase.
With these two back-to-back acquisitions, Jaideep and Jyoti have invested a total of Rs 20 crore in Mumbai's real estate market in just two months.
Andheri West continues to be one of the major real estate markets in Mumbai, offering a mix of residential and commercial properties. It is well-connected through multiple arterial roads including the Western Express Highway, Link Road, and SV Road. The Versova-Andheri-Ghatkopar Metro line also provides added convenience for residents and commuters.
Over the years, the area has become home to many film and television studios and has emerged as a residential choice for several professionals from the media and entertainment sectors.
Jaideep, known for his stellar performances in a number of Hindi films and web series, was last seen along with Saif Ali Khan in the Netflix film Jewel Thief.
