Actress and singer Iulia Vantur recently made it to the headlines as she sang Lag Jaa Gale in Salman Khan starrer Sikandar. While her rendition of the song received mixed responses, recently in an interview, Iulia spoke about how she gets emotional support from Salman. She has revealed that there were times when she didn't believe in herself, but the superstar encouraged her.
While talking to Filmfare about getting emotional support from Salman, Iulia said, "The emotional support is very important for everybody. To have somebody who believes in your voice. He was one person who believed in my voice and my talent. He encouraged me to do this, when I doubted myself. There were moments when I wasn't received so well. I understand."
"I was coming out of nowhere, singing Hindi songs. At the same time, I had those people who were really trusting me. They were really believing in myself more than I did. That was so important for me. I'm really grateful for that. It is important to have that emotional support. It's important to have those people who are there for you. I feel blessed," she added.
Iulia Vantur-Salman Khan Rumoured Relationship
Iulia Vantur grabbed everyone's attention for the first time because of her rumoured relationship with Salman Khan. She was even spotted with the Khan family, and there were strong buzz that the actor is going to marry her. However, they never denied nor confirmed their relationship.
The actress-singer is still a part of Salman's close friends and she is spotted at the parties hosted by the actor and his family.
In December last year, Salman had also attended Iulia's father's birthday bash, and once again there were rumours that they are in a relationship, and maybe will tie the knot soon. Iulia had shared pictures from the birthday party on her Instagram.
