South Korean actress Han Ga-In is all set to appear on the show, You Quiz On The Block, and a promo shows her recalling the toughest phase of her life. She revealed that she suffered three miscarriages in a single year, and she had "completely fallen apart" back then.
During the main broadcast of You Quiz, Ga-In shared, "I got pregnant in the winter of that same year, but once again, it didn’t go well. I had three miscarriages in one year. At that time, I completely fell apart."
However, after undergoing a successful IVF treatment, Ga-In and her husband, actor Yeon Jung Hoon, welcomed their first child in 2016 -- a baby girl. In 2019, the actress naturally conceived once again, and the couple was blessed with a baby boy.
In the same promo, Ga-In can also be heard recalling her wedding with Jung Hoon, and she went on to call it an "absolute disaster". It was a mess. It was literally a disaster. My husband and I walked into the venue surrounded by the press. I couldn’t even see the road!" she shared.
About Han Ga-In
Originally named Kim Hyun-joo, the actress is better known by her stage name, Han Ga-In. She shot to fame after she starred in the shows, Yellow Handkerchief in 2003, and in Terms of Endearment in 2004.
She later went on to feature in shows like Super Rookie, Dr Kkang, Witch Yoo Hee, Bad Guy, Moon Embracing The Sun, and Mistress, among others.
In 2022, she also made a guest appearance in the reality-variety show 2 Days & 1 Night, in which her husband Jung Hoon is a fixed cast member.
